Cancellation Policy

All deposits are Non-Refundable, and client will be charged 50% of the reserved services or 25$, if client misses appointment without notice. Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours prior to your service will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 50% of the reserved services or 25$ with non refundable deposit. Client may call/text prior to 24 hour notice to reschedule appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late for you service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you. We REQUIRE a deposit to hold your appointment. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.
